This is probably the moment you have all been waiting for. After weeks of hard training, we can finally start to take a step back. We’ll start to back off on the mileage and volume of our workouts, but we’re not taking our foot off the gas.
After weeks of high mileage and hard efforts, your legs are going to feel tired and fatigued, and rightfully so with everything you’ve done. Recovery, nutrition, hydration, and rest are key these next few weeks.
