2025 Mob Mile Training Guidance

Our signature event, the Mob Mile, is back this summer!

The mile is the ultimate test of a runner. Speed, endurance, execution, focus, and bravery are on display and must be laid out in equal measure to achieve one's goal. It's a fun, manageable race distance, and the training will unlock performance for other longer race distances.
