All runs start and end at the store in Lincoln Park. Cubbies are available for gear storage.
Tuesdays | 6:30PM CT
Run with heart & run with your team. Expect a coach-led experience with a warm up, active stretch, drills, and cool down. Sessions will be continuous tempo workouts on the Lakefront or around Lincoln Park and cover ~4-9 miles depending on fitness. Workouts align with Heartbreaker Training.
Thursdays | 6:30PM CT
Since 2009, our mission is unchanged: make runners faster & make it fun. No matter your fitness or experience, this session will elevate your game. Expect a coach-led experience with a warm up, active stretch, drills, and cool down delivered with our signature attitude. Sessions cover ~3-5.5 miles.

Saturdays | 7:00AM CT
Starting from the store, the Long Run will run through Lincoln Park to the Lakefront. A water stop will be provided & pace groups are assembled based on the runners in attendance.
Mileage June to October is mapped to Chicago Marathon Training. December to April is mapped to Boston Marathon training. Maintenance Miles fill the gaps at 6 & 10.
