Last week Coach Marielle reminded us that arrival is not a destination, it is a state of becoming. When we feel we have lost our rhythm, it is our job to reclaim it.
Marielle starts with the small things to reclaim her rhythm:

Strength + Mobility = Control
Your body can only hold as much range of motion as it can support with strength.
Stretching without strength is like opening a door without a hinge, there’s no control to guide the movement. Try pairing every mobility drill with a strength move that reinforces that same range of motion.
Try these:
90/90 Hip Stretch (Mobility)
Sit with one leg in front and one behind in a 90-degree position. Hinge forward over your front leg to open up your hip. Breathe and sink into the stretch.

Single-Leg Glute Bridge or Standing Hip Lift (Strength)
From that newly opened hip, move into a glute bridge or a standing hip drive. You’re teaching your body to own that new range through strength and activation.
