Coach Dan and the Pacer squad rocked those Christmas bells during today's holiday themed LIVE audio guided Speed Run. Runners were treated to a 12 Days of Christmas themed 12x 1 min "on", 1 min "off" workout. It included our standards: welcome/purpose, workout outline, 8 min warm up jog, active stretching, strides, head check, then workout start, & cool down. The playlist was a hit.
