Heartbreak Long Run is the ultimate strength building session. Go the distance with these supported training runs that align with Heartbreak's Marathon Training for Boston, Chicago, and New York. Each week, one of our expert coaches will review the routes (beginner & intermediate/advanced options) and provide the guidance, insight, and motivation to make your next big race your best. Distances vary from 8-20 depending on the training needs of the week. Runners can always choose a shorter distance. This session is a free service to the running communities in Boston & Chicago.
