Sunday marked the 5th Annual LiveFitArmy 5K & 10K, and despite the rain, the energy was unstoppable. Founded by Dre Neita, LiveFitArmy has grown into a full-time fitness force rooted in Hyde Park, Boston. Known for their relentless dedication and tight-knit support system, you can find their crew training in all conditions, all year long.
This weekend’s event was no different. The skies opened up, but the LiveFitArmy community showed up undeterred proving once again that grit and teamwork define their movement. Runners braved the weather, celebrated milestones, and filled the streets with determination.
Even Boston’s Mayor Michelle Wu joined in, firing up the crowd with the group’s signature mantra: “One percent better.” It was a moment that underscored just how much respect and recognition LiveFitArmy has earned in the city.
