Last night, we welcomed Olympic Champion Vernon Norwood to Heartbreak for a conversation about his move from New Orleans to Los Angeles, chasing a third Olympic appearance in 2028, and everything it takes to get there.
Nights like these remind us that running is a shared sport. There’s a thread connecting the person lining up for their first race to the person who’s made a career out of starting lines. Different goals, but a shared language and love for the sport.
