When we set out to create the most hype Boston jacket imaginable, we knew it had to be more than just a piece of apparel. It had to tell a story—one that captures the heart of our city, our race, the athletes who have made history, and the legendary course that has tested runners for generations
We took inspiration from classic varsity jackets to give this piece an unmistakable Boston attitude. At the heart of the design is the "Battleshield Heart", and the interior pocket that holds our simple, but powerful reminder: “Run Hard, Risk Heartbreak.”
The left sleeve features the iconic townships and neighborhoods that line the course route—Hopkinton, Ashland, Framingham, Natick, Wellesley, Newton, Brookline, and, finally, Boston.
The right sleeve is dedicated to the legends—From Bobbi Gibb, the first woman to run the Boston, to Des Linden’s historic 2018 win in brutal conditions, to Meb Keflezighi’s emotional 2014 victory following the 2013 bombing.
On the back, two words sum it all up: “Wicked Fast,” an attitude we all carry no matter our race time.
