The name Sorel is a nod to our favorite post-speed workout watering hole of old, Sister Sorel. Now closed, Sister Sorel had a romantic vibe with high candlesticks burning through the evening in its narrow brick-walled space. A destination for the neighborhood's LGBTQ+ community & the social center point of Heartbreak in the early days, the legacy lives on in our favorite short for women.
