SIGNATURE SPEED
This is the pulse of Heartbreak. Our mission since 2009: make runners faster and make it fun. Led by Head Coach Dan Fitzgerald and Pacers across six pace groups.
Each morning kicks off with a warm-up, active stretch, dynamic drills, strides, a full track workout, cooldown, and core.
Reggie Lewis Center (January through Boston Marathon) or MIT (June through Chicago Marathon).

SIGNATURE SPEED
Whether you're just starting out or chasing a PR, this session is designed to elevate your running. Expect a coach-led experience featuring a warm-up, active stretch, drills, and cooldown, all delivered with Heartbreak’s signature energy. Workouts cover approximately 4–6 miles. You’ll have fun. Keep showing up and you’ll get faster.
Runs start and finish at your local Heartbreak store.

THE LONG RUN
Start from our Newton store, just steps from the base of Heartbreak Hill, and take on our signature Firehouse Loop.
Pace groups are organized based on who shows up, and distances align with Heartbreaker training plans for the Boston, Chicago, and NYC Marathons.
