Footwear Deep Dive: A Year in Review

It has been a big year for running shoes, let's take a look back at what has dropped in 2025. Nike completely overhauled their trainer lineup. ON brought us the futuristic, 3D printed Ligthspray Strikes. Asics continued to grow the "Blast" family. Lots of favorites saw an update like the Clifton 10, Endorphin Speed 5, and GT-2000 14. We also lots of updates in the road racing category: the Vaporfly 4, Hyperion Elite 5, SC Elite 4 and Metaspeed Tokyo Sky and Edge. It's great to look back on how many great options we gained this year and to look forward to all the great things 2026 will bring.
