Andy Hearns is a food scientist by day and technician of joyful noise by night. Hailing from the UK, he grew up in bands and is now the proud owner of a vast collection of original synthesizers from the post-punk era. Andy worked with Jaeschel to create the rich soundscape that is Temporary Euphoria.

For Spring 2023, we tapped Harvard Track & Field jump star & musician Jaeschel Acheampong, and scientist & distance runner, Andrew Hearns, to design a soundscape for the visions of Heartbreak creators Lucas Larson & Fidelis Teixeira. The Heartbreak “tag” and the energetic “RUN!” are inspired by two sides of the same wall - one inside the club, the other in the alley. Polish & punch. Beats & synth. Rhymes & dreams.
