Galen Rupp caught up with Coach Dan to talk about how he approaches his last long run. The conversation touches on a lot of the training fundamentals within our Heartbreaker marathon training - namely "time on feet" and confirmation of the need for a last hard exercise in the intermediate and advanced plans. As a former Chicago Marathon winner (among other Olympic medals and national championships), Galen is a person who's put this into practice.
