Long Run | What to expect

If you are person looking to go for a run between 6-8 & 20 miles, this is the run for you. It's that simple. Our long run session is a service to the running community intended to meet you where you are with the miles you need. During Boston Marathon training, sessions are mapped to our Beginner and Intermediate Training plans (Dec to mid-April). During Chicago & NYC Marathon training, sessions are mapped to our Beginner and Intermediate Training plans (June to November). Runners are always welcome to do fewer miles than the day's assignment. Fuel & water provided on the run when appropriate. Runners organized by pace at the start of the run. Routes shared on-site the morning of and via email for guests registered by end of day Thursday. RSVP for this free session here.
