4 Heartbreakers were given early access to the new Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% and we asked them to give us their feedback. Here's what Heartbreaker track star Sarah Adler had to say:
You know that feeling you got as a kid on Christmas morning opening your presents?! That’s how I felt opening up the shoe box that held the Nike Tempo Next%s. I immediately had to put them on and take them for a spin! I fell in love with the shoes almost automatically. Despite the fiiiiire look of the shoe, the kicks put a pop in my legs and propelled me through my miles that first day in them 🔥. I couldn’t wait to tackle my tempo run later in the week in those bad boys 😎 (which says a lot as a middle-distance runner…IYKYK). I think my favorite part is the bounce underfoot and the breathability of the shoe, especially on long runs. As someone who’s dealt with low-leg injuries, it’s exciting to find a shoe that has a ton of cushion and support to make sure I remain injury free! 💪🏼
I’m currently training for any road races that pop up in the near future. I just raced a 5K in Hartford a couple weeks ago and I’ll be on the lookout for some speedy road miles on the calendar. I can’t wait to step back on the track after training in these speedy kicks AKA hop on the pain train and get back to racing my favorite race—the 800! 💔
