Signature Speed is the heartbeat of Heartbreak. Our mission since 2009: make runners faster and make it fun. Led by our Global Head Coach Dan Fitzgerald and supported by an army of Pacers across six pace groups, this dynamic session has something for everyone.

Each morning kicks off with a motivating speech, followed by a warm-up, active stretch, dynamic drills, strides, a full track workout, cooldown, and core work. Every element is scaled to your ability—whether you're chasing PRs or just starting out, Signature Speed will push you forward.

Join us at 6:34 AM at the Reggie Lewis Center (January through Boston Marathon) or MIT (June through Chicago Marathon). RSVP below and elevate your run.

Whether you're just starting out or chasing a PR, this session is designed to elevate your running. Expect a coach-led experience featuring a warm-up, active stretch, drills, and cooldown, all delivered with Heartbreak’s signature energy. Workouts cover approximately 4–6 miles. You’ll have fun. Keep showing up and you’ll get faster.
