Our signature event, the Mob Mile, is back this summer! To celebrate, we created a detailed training journey that you can follow from anywhere - for free!*
The mile is the ultimate test of a runner. Speed, endurance, execution, focus, and bravery are on display and must be laid out in equal measure to achieve one's goal. This year, in an effort to get more people in Mile Mode, we created a free16-page training guide with accompanying weekly emails and videos. We'll cap off the 8-week training block with Mob Mile race in Boston & Chicago. The Mob Mile is everything you expect from Heartbreak: community driven, performance focused, and accessible to everyone. It's the most fun mile you'll ever race!
