The Mob Mile powered by Nike Running
Our signature event, the Mob Mile, will make its return this summer and we created a training journey that you can follow from anywhere - for free!
The mile is the ultimate test of a runner. Speed, endurance, execution, focus, and bravery are on display and must be laid out in equal measure to achieve one's goal. It's a fun, manageable race distance and the training will unlock performance for other longer race distances.
This year, in an effort to get more people in Mile Mode, we created a free16-page training guide with accompanying weekly emails and videos. We'll cap off the 8-week training block with Mob Mile race in Boston & Chicago (race details TBA, save the date for 8/18/2022). The Mob Mile is everything you expect from Heartbreak: community driven, performance focused, and accessible to everyone. It's the most fun mile you'll ever race!
