Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays are by appointment only and bookable here. All other days are open for walk-in's during store hours pending staff availability and do not require an appointment.

Learn how your body moves and improve your running form. Using state-of-the-art motion capture technology, NSRL Form provides a personalized running profile and gives you the tools to improve how you move. After you run, you’ll receive a profile, personalized Nike Training Club exercises, run movement drills to incorporate in your existing runs, and footwear recommendations that are best for you.
